A solar company with its own trades
Hasmart started as a solar installer and that's still the heart of what we do. Over time we built our own in-house team of electricians, roofers and heating and cooling engineers, so we can take on the whole job ourselves instead of relying on subcontractors. Today we install solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers, air conditioning, boilers and heating, electrical work and smart home systems for homes and businesses.
We're based at One Trinity Green in South Shields and work across the whole of the North East, from Northumberland down to Teesside. We completed over 200 installations in the last year.
How we work
- Our own people. Our electricians, roofers and engineers work directly for Hasmart.
- Time to do it properly. Even on smaller solar jobs we allow two days on site with a team of three. We'd rather do it right than squeeze in an extra job.
- Clear prices. You can see an estimate online straight away, and we confirm the final price at a free survey before any work starts.
- Domestic and commercial. We work for homeowners, landlords, businesses, facilities managers and main contractors.
